PlayQR may use technical service providers acting as subcontractors, only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.

Customer Support and Online Chat (Tawk.to)

We are using the service Tawk.to in order to offer customer support via online chat. During a conversation, certain information may be processed, such as: the content of the messages, of technical data (e.g., IP address, browser), and, if the user communicates them, some Identification data (name, email).

This processing is performed to respond to support requests and ensure service quality.
